1.Take the bangle that fits you comfortably. Place it on a flat surface. 2.Using a ruler, measure the inner diameter from one inside edge straight across to the other. 3.Match this measurement with our size chart to find your size.

Mark the point where the string or tape meets. If using a string, lay it flat and measure the length with a ruler.
